The goal is not to have every student on Penn State's campus go on a diet - that is not a sustainable, beneficial option for helping limit weight gain during college and creating a better overall lifestyle. The goal is helping have Penn State students incorporate healthy food choices into their daily diet.
In order to have a wide-spread change of what foods are chosen during college years, awareness is key. Tips, suggestions, and information on healthy eating in college is provided throughout the website, but the next step is even more important... ACTION! I need students all across campus to join in on making conscious, healthful choices in what they put into their bodies. |
