- make sure the meals that you eat are high-quality, nutrient-rich food: lean protein, whole grains, fruit/veggies

- Get excited for your meals! Fill them with yummy, healthy things you will look forward to
- Make time to sit down and eat each meal - it doesn't have to be a big long process
